What is your shipping policy?
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
How can I return an item?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please use our online portal to initiate a return label.
Are your products available for pre-order?
Select seasonal runway pieces are available for pre-order. Your credit card will be authorized at the time of the order, but you will not be charged until the item ships.
How do I care for my luxury garments?
Each piece includes specific care instructions on the interior label. We generally recommend professional dry cleaning for our silk, wool, and cashmere garments to maintain their integrity.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make modifications. However, you may request a cancellation within one hour of purchase by contacting our client service team.
Do you offer gift packaging?
All orders are shipped in our signature minimalist packaging. You may also include a personalized gift message during the checkout process.
